The Modular Dryer System

The dryer systems made by Steinemann are a basic component part of effective production lines. They are perfectly tuned to the customer's respective screen printing machine, printing material and application. The modular design allows an individual tooling of the drying units and thus variable integration into many different production lines in glass finishing.

UV Dryer

The UV continuous drier is hardening UV colors on medium- to large-sized plate glass of various thickness.

Transport Units

Besides their performance and quality, Steinemann's modern production lines are convincing above all with very short set-up times. Transport systems tuned to the respective demands ensure fast transfer and precise positioning of the printing material. As a result, at the fully automatic TP type screen printing machines e.g. glass planes of various forms and sizes are conveyed from the loading table to the removal band with an innovative shuttle system.

Tilting Table

Heavy glass panes are easily moved to their position with the tilting table. The tilting table is designed as a robust welded structure and available in different sizes. The top structure is tiltable from its horizontal position by 84° to a vertical position. The tilting procedure is initiated by a corresponding hydraulic unit.
 

Shear Lift Table

Shear lift tables can be used to level removal band and storage rack. The construction is made of square tubes, resulting in excellent lateral stability and reducing the storage load of the wide racks arising from the design.
 

Inspection Table

Inspection tables can be used to inspect the printed glass panels. The panels are lifted with lift forks located in gaps. The panels are lifted from the bottom side and the printing isn't damaged.
